Android makes it easy to download files from the web — Chrome and Samsung Browser both save directly to your Downloads folder or Gallery. Here's the fastest way to get Instagram photos onto your Android device using Grabfy.
✓ No app install · Works on Android 9+ · Files save to Gallery automatically
Method 1: Chrome (recommended)
- Open Instagram and find the photo you want to save. Tap ⋯ → Copy Link.
- Open Chrome and go to grabfy.com.
- Tap the search bar, paste the link, and tap Download.
- When the result card appears, tap Download JPG.
- Chrome will show a download notification at the bottom. Tap Open to view it, or find it in your Downloads folder or Gallery.
Method 2: Samsung Internet Browser
- Copy the Instagram photo link as above.
- Open Samsung Internet and navigate to grabfy.com.
- Paste the link and tap Download.
- When prompted, choose Save to Gallery — Samsung Internet integrates directly with your photo library.
Where do downloaded files go?
On most Android devices, downloaded JPGs appear in:
- Gallery / Photos app → Downloads album
- Files app → Internal Storage → Download
If you're using a Samsung device with the Samsung Internet browser and choose "Save to Gallery", the photo will appear directly in your main photo library.
Downloading carousel posts on Android
The same steps apply for carousel posts. Use the Carousel Downloader — each slide will download as a separate JPG file. Chrome queues multiple downloads automatically.
